Tijara

Tijara Jain Temple is a digambar Jain temple dedicated to Chandraprabhu. The temple is located in the hill town Tijara, in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, India. It is an Atishaya Kshetra (English: Place where Miracles happen). It is 55 kilometres (34 mi) from Alwar and 110 kilometres (68 mi) from Delhi. The location is a tirtha (pilgrimage site) for the Jains and a tourist attraction.

Sidhhant Shetra

The ancient Jain heritage centre Nandanvan has been converted into a spiritual center at Shikohapur village. This has been developed under the blessings of Jain Muni Acharya Sri 108 Bahubalisagarji Maharaj. This has been named as Siddanth Tirth Kshetra. The panchakalyana pratisha mahotsava was performed in January 2004.

Location It is located along Delhi-Jaipur Highway on the way to Tijara near Gurgaon (Haryana). It is at a distance of 44 kilometers from Delhi and 12 kilometers from Gurgaon.

Astapad

Each religion has its own places of pilgrimage, similarly there are numerous places of Jain pilgrimage but five of them are the most important ones and hence are known as Maha Tirth and one of them is Ashtapad. Out of these five Tirth, Sametshikhar is in Bihar in North India (presently in Jharkhand state). This is not the Nirvana bhoomi of one or two but twenty Tirthankar so it has its specific importance among the Jains.

Hastinapur

Shri Digamber Jain Prachin Bada Mandir is a Jain temple complex located in Hastinapur, Uttar Pradesh.[1] It is the oldest Jain temple in Hastinapur dedicated to Shri Shantinatha, the 16th Jain Tirthankara.

Ahishetra Parasnath

The Ahichchhatra Jain temples is a group of Jain temples in Ahichchhatra village in Aonla tehsil of Bareilly district in Uttar Pradesh, North India. Ahichchhatra is believed to be the place where Parshvanatha, the 23rd Tirthankar of Jainism, attained Kevala Jnana.

Ayodhya

Bhagwan Adinath established 52 districts (Janapada) at that time and there were 16 Mahajanapada at the time of Mahaveer, Panchal Janapada was one of them. It is found in the books that Samavsharan of Bhagwan Adinath, Parsvanath & Mahaveer came here. In this way Kampil is an ancient sacred place of India. Shravasti
Amongst those numerous Jain temples in Shravasti, the Shobhnath Temple is a highly revered shrine. Situated near the entrance of Mahet, the temple is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Sambhavnath - the third Jain Tirthankar.

Kakandi

 the ancient Teerth Kshetra is situated in eastern Uttar Pradesh of India, presently this is known as Khukhundu. Near this town, there are so many ponds & 30 hillocks, where ruins of ancient buildings & temples are spread here & there in about area of one mile. These hillocks are known as ancient Kakandi, it’s name later on changed in to ‘Kishkindhapur’. In Jain tradition, one feels great faith in the name of Kakandi, being the place of ‘Garbha’ & ‘Janma Kalyankas’ of 9th Teerthankar ‘Bhagwan Pushpdanta’ (other name was ‘Suvidhinath’). In the forest of this city – Pushpak Vana, Bhagwan Pushpdant accepted asceticism and became Muni, his first precept was also delivered here after attaining Kevalgyan. So ‘Deeksha’ & ‘Gyan Kalyankas’ were celebrated in ‘Pushpak Vana’ and this place also became Teerth. But later on both the places get ruined. Braken fragments of these two Teerths are spread in the miles of area, hiding the ancient art, culture and history under the earth.

Allahbad

this is the place where the Jungle namely Siddharth exited before in which Lord Vrushabhnath accepted Jain Diksha attained omniscience. A beautiful construction is done under motivation of Aaryika Gyanmatiji in February 2001. Bhadeni ji

Bhadaini is a part of holy city Banaras also famous as Varanasi or Kashi. Some part of the history of this period is provided with Bhelupur Teerth. In those days Ikshvaku Vanshi king Pratishtha and queen Prithvidevi were ruling this place. Once queen saw nightmare containing signs indicating birth of Teerthankar. At the same moment (in Anuradhaa nakshatra on Bhadrava Krishna Ashtami) the soul of Nandikshen entered in the kuktchhi (ovary) of queen Prithvidevi. After completion of period she gave birth to a male child having markings of Swastik on his body. Devtas celebrated this pleasing occasion (Janm Kalyanak). In his younger stage he ruled this place for quite long period. One day he decided to accept Deeksha and fulfilled his wish at Sahasamravan along with one thousand other kings. Spending nine months in tour he again came to the same place and started meditation under a Sareesh tree, where he attained Kevalgyan.

Sarnath -Singh puri

Sarnath Jain Tirth, also called the Shreyanshnath Jain Temple, is a Jain temple in Sarnath. It is located roughly 50 meters to the southeast of Dhamek Stupa.

The temple was constructed in 1824 CE to commemorate the birthplace of Shreyansanatha.The mulnayak(primary deity) of the temple is a large image of Shreyansanatha and impressions of footprints. The temple also features attractive frescoes depicting the life of Mahavira.

 

Chandrapuri

Shri Chandraprabhu Bhagwan in white color seated in a lotus posture and of height 45 Cms (Shve) and

Prabhasgiri

Prabhasgiri is a Jain pilgrimage located in Kaushambi district of Uttar Pradesh . It is about 60 km from Prayagraj . There is a temple of Lord Padmaprabhu , the sixth Jain Tirthankara , which attracts tourists throughout the year. Prabhasgiri is also a holy place for Hindus. It is said that Lord Krishna spent his last days here.

There are also many caves in this town. These caves have historical importance. Brahmi script is written on the walls of these caves .

Kara and Manjhanpur are near Prabhagiri . There are many Hindu temples in Kara, including Sheetla Mata Temple, Chhetrapal Temple, Hanuman Temple and Kaleshwar Temple etc. Sheetla Mata Temple is situated on the banks of river Ganga and it is the largest of the 51 Shaktipeeths of Mata. Manjhanpur is also a famous religious place where the temple of Kamasin Mata is the main attraction.

The best time to visit Prabhasgiri is between October to March. At this time the weather here is mild and pleasant. Prabhas Giri is easily accessible by air, rail and road.

Koshambhi

There is a beautiful Temple of Lord Chandraprabhuji at height of 95 feet. about 180 years ago, during British period Begum Sumeru was ruling here. While digging a canal from the river Gangas, a white sitting posture Idol of Lord Chandraprabhuji was obtained since one of the eminent predicted that the place where this Idol will be established, there will be the ruling of Jains. Thats why Begum ordered to take the Idol out of her reign while transporting the Idol by bullock cart, the vehicle got blocked at Mehelaka at the place, already there was a Temple of Lord Parshwanathji, so this Idol was established in the same Temple. It was experienced that Idol became extremely lighter while its establishment.

Shoripur Batteshwar

Shri Shauripur Bateshwar Digambar Jain Siddh Kshetra dedicated to Shri Neminath Bhagwan, kalyanaka/avtaran place of 22nd Teerthankara Bhagwan Neminath (Arishtanemi). Bhagawan Arishtanemi, in his earlier incarnation, was Shankh, the eldest son of king Shrisen of Hastinapur. Also pronounced as Shoripur Jain Mandir or Shoripur-Bateshwar Jain Mandir.

Mathur Chaurasi 

Mathura is a sacred place not only for Hindus but also for Jains. The Jain Chaurasi Temple is a proof. The temple was built by Mathura Jain Samaj in the memory of Jambu Swami, who attained nirvana here. It is dedicated to 2nd Tirthankara – Ajitnath, and it is a siddha kshetra (place of salvation).

Mathura Jain Chaurasi Temple, or Antim Kevali Shri 1008 Jambu Swami Nirvan Sthal Digamber Jain Mandir, is one of the few places of worship for the Jains in Mathura.

 
Shree Mahaveer Ji

Shri Mahaveer Ji temple is in Karauli district in Rajasthan, India and is 110 km from Sawai Madhopur town.
